These Turducken Rolls are not cooked. We have cooking instructions for you when you pick up your order. It is not hard. If you would like for us to bake or smoke them, you will have to call in your order @ 512-918-1600. To add additional items to your order such as gravy, gumbo etc, are listed under the sides tab.
Rolls range from ~4-5 lbs, final cost will be around ~$40 to $55 total. They will feed 6 to 10 people. Price/lb of dressing choice: Dirty Rice - $10.25 / Cornbread Dressing - $10.25 / Jambalaya - $10.45 Boudin - $10.45 / Crawfish Rice - $11.25
Required Option Choices: -Choose your type of Dressing. -Must specify pickup date.
Holiday Pickup Dates: All dates ok for pick up except the following. We will be closed on these dates: 11/23/23-11/24/23-12/25/23-12/26/23-12/27/23-1/1/2024 We will be closing at 4pm on 12/24, Christmas Eve.
